FMLTwo things here.
Saw UP with my best friend ~Ktanest today. Very good movie. One of the only enjoyable digitally animated films I've seen in forever. Not as "sad" as people say it is, I mean you'll be like "aww that sucks" for a few seconds twice in the beginning but it's not like...depressing or anything to get teary-eyed about. There are three other movies I'm anxious to see, from Ice Age 3, to Harry Potter, Toy Story 3, to The Time Traveler's Wife. So heres what I gotta say:
Ice Age 3 - looks like it will be really good, I've always been obsessed with the series, from collecting all the toys like some nutter child to just well, watching it several times at the movies (which will be impossible now since it's so expensive. Either way, looks great, I don't think you could go down with an Ice Age movie.
Toy Story 3 - Don't know what to say exactly, I'm still suprised a third edition is even coming out! Second one was good, didn't like that they added new characters but still it wasn't bad. Alls I'll say as I'm hoping it has good taste like the others, sure as hell won't beat the first movie but I have some hope it will atleast be good.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - OK so these movies suck compared to the book, good actors but they just leave out WAY to many good things and even characters. The last HP movie was kinda boring which was a shame seeing that the 5th books was one of the best. I watched the extended version of the trailer for it today and it actually looks like it'll be pretty intense. I'm hoping all the creepy vibes that were in the book will be in this film (which probably will seeing this movie looks alot darker than most HP films and even has a more mature rating).
and lastly,
The Time Traveler's Wife - ...I...was stunned when I saw the poster for this. I'm yet to see the previews but I will straight up tell you I'm scared on how this will turn out. Why? Well I read the book over a year ago...one of...THE best books I've ever read, esp. seeing I'm not into anything with the slightest hint of romance in it, but point being, I'm scared being that this book was one of the most complex things I've ever read. You got the time traveling constantly to different times in the characters life, there are a LOT of major events, and even a two-point character perspective that I'm unsure how that part will be nailed. I have to say now, if interested, READ it before it comes out!!! The moment I finished reading it infact, I told myself (aside from wanting to re-read it afterwards) was "I hope they don't make this a movie because it's wayyyyyyyy to complicated". So yea, I'll see it, but I'm not having my hopes up. All in all, I REALLY hope the leave the small parts with "the cage" inside it. And keep the ending the same....was a terribly sad ending but still, stick to the originals please
and the "FML" part of this:
Few people know about this, but I broke my moms car key pad when I failed my drivers test, not mad because I 'wanted to get my liscense and drive' but because now I a). can't get the job I wanted, b). got humiliated in front of my mom by that stupid ass bitch of an instructor yelling at me for "almost killing her and 3 other people" and c). getting banned from the place for telling the lady to just "fuck it" and talking back to her. Hell, I know throwing my keys down was, even for somebody with extreme anger issues, innapropriate and immature, but if that bitch didn't keep nagging, no, YELLING, at me non-stop and acting like I "drove bad ON PURPOSE" I wouldn't have gone off on her. Geez hello I'm nervous as it is driving, you yelling at me at the top of your lungs will NOT help me do better at what I'm trying to get good at jackass.
So whats my problem?
Paying $15o out of pocket for what I did. Some lesson, I'm such a dumb ass. That money have been saving up since last Christmas for stuff I needed badly, and now it's gone on one thing I did. I'm really hating myself for all this. ...The catcher? Mom took me to get my liscene while knowing I wasn't ready for it . Yea way to make me feel good about myself. If ANYONE is interested in the stuff I'm selling from the last journal please take a look, I also have a REAL Coach wallet for sale, it's very small and only has two pockets, but it [is/] real and if you want it I will show you pics of what it looks like , and pictures of it in my hands so you can obviously tell it's something I own instead of some "internet image".
